How we handle your information.
Atelier Terra is a small luxury architecture studio. This page explains what happens to the information you share when you enquire, what the site collects automatically, and how to reach us if you want any of it removed. In plain English, written for the practice we actually are.
Enquiries
When you write to studio@atelierterra.com.au, send an enquiry through the form on the Begin page, or call the studio, we keep your message and details so Mike can respond personally and so we can pick up the conversation later if a project moves forward. Enquiries are read by Mike and the small senior team. They aren't shared, sold, sent overseas, or used for marketing lists.
Form submissions are routed through a third-party form provider (Typeform). Their privacy notice covers that hop; ours covers what we do with the message once it reaches us.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Tag Manager and (when enabled) Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are useful and where readers get stuck. These tools are loaded with Google Consent Mode v2 set to denied by default — analytics and advertising cookies don't fire until consent is granted. Essential and security cookies are allowed because the site won't work otherwise.
You can clear cookies and revoke consent at any time through your browser. The site has no advertising network, no remarketing pixels, and doesn't run ads.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request path, user agent, timestamp) for short periods, used for diagnostics and abuse prevention. We don't combine those logs with enquiry data.
External links and embeds
Some pages link to Casa Noosa, 3iD Architecture and other partner sites. Once you click out, the destination's privacy practices apply. Embedded fonts come from Google Fonts; embedded maps come from Google Maps where used.
Your rights
If you'd like a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or for it to be deleted, write to studio@atelierterra.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Australian residents have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner with any unresolved concerns.
